The atmosphere of Portal da Concha offers moments of relaxation, like in the restaurant, where you can taste dishes or snacks and by the swimming pool and garden, with great view of the Contas River. The Portal das Conchas also has ample parking.

Only, according hotel's availability. The late check-out must be requested up to 24 hours before check-out date.
One child up to 7 years old staying in the parent's room is free of charge. Only the breakfast will be charged (6 BLR per day)
Cancellations can be requested until 17 days before check-in.
- In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges.
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged.
For cancellation requested in less than 17 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.
This cancellation policy does not apply for holiday packages.
