Cancellations can be requested until 17days before check-in.
- In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges.
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged.
For cancellation requested in less than 17days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.
This cancellation policy does not apply for holiday packages.

- From October 9th, 2010 to October 12th, 2010 (Our Lady Aparecida holiday)
- From November 12th, 2010 to November 15th, 2010 (National holiday)
