Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be requested up to 3 days before the tour.
- In case of tour rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges.
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged.
For cancellation requested in less than 3 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the tour will be charged.
Rafting and Zipline
If you like great adventure, the Contas River rafting trip is guaranteed to appeal to you. There are five rapids on the three km journey (Carousel, Tabacco, Funnel, Polish Corridor and Collision Jump), two hours of intense experience, adrenalin rushes and an amazing feeling of freedom, all surrounded by the extraordinary landscape of the Contas River Canyon.
