Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative: 

The tour provider is part of the NGO Carbono Neutro (Carbon Neutral), which focuses on the reduction of gases that cause global warming. They also support a new organization that will aim to help children and adolescents addicted to drugs. The organization's headquarters is still under construction and it is being led by Dra.Grimaldi.

The tour provider also assists the Instituto Aliança, a nationwide organization that helps with the education of young people and communities. They offer free courses, food and transport tickets.

All these actions are fulfilled in Taboquinhas' village, at about 25 km from Itacaré centre, and where the rafting tour provider has its headquarter.
