Since the beginning of its foundation, the Villa Ecoporan Hotel has been concerned about social and environmental tourism; it has developed studies and initiatives related to these areas. For this reason the Villa Ecoporan Hotel has gotten many certifications from environmental organizations, which has prompted the owners to change the name (before the hotel was called Villa Ocaporan).
In the cultural programme offered by the Villa Ecoporan Hotel is called "Cultural Thursday," which performs theatre and dance presentations while guests taste different flavours of pizza.
The Villa Ecoporan provides a restaurant and a bar where it is possible to taste the best regional dishes, snacks and drinks.

One infant up to two years old at parents' room is free of charge.
Children between 2 and 12 years old pay 30% of the daily rate.
Cancellations can be requested until 30 days before check-in.
- In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges.
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged.
For cancellation requested in less than 30 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.
This cancellation policy does not apply for holiday packages.

- From September 5th to September 7th, 2010 (Independence Day)
- From October 10th to October 12th, 2010 (Our Lady Aparecida Holiday)
- From October 31st to November 2nd, 2010 (Deceased Day)
