Cancellations can be requested until 5 days before check-in.
- In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges.
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged.
For cancellation requested in less than 5 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.
This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays packages.

- From September 4th to 6th, 2010 (Brazilan Independence Day)
- From October 9th to 11th, 2010 (Our Lady Aparecida)
- From October 30th to November 1st, 2010 (Deceased Day)
- From November 13th to 15th, 2010 (National Holiday)
Booking should be for a minimum of seven nights during the following periods:
- From December 25th, 2010 to January 2nd, 2011 (New Years Eve)
