Werbert de Sá Santos

Their host comes from Itacaré and likes absolutely everything about it: the locals, the tourists and the beaches. He believes that Itacaré has a great potential and it reminds him of a paradise.

Werbert de Sá Santos loves Itacaré and his job. He uses his hospitality and creativity to make the guests feel like he/she is at home. He works in the reservation and commercial areas and always keeps in touch with the guests. He believes that the exchange of information with them is very important to learn more about culture in general.

He has studied Management at university and has worked for the hotel since its opening in the end of 2003. He said the beginning was a little difficult but now everything is fine. There were several changes during these years to make the guests feel more comfortable.

Before he works for Villa N'Kara Hotel he graduated from high school and did several courses in the tourism area such as waiter, bartender, receptionist and English. He even worked in a restaurant as a supervisor, but he realized that was not exactly what he wanted. Then he heard about this new hotel that was opening in Itacaré, went to their job interview and have been working there since then. In his free time he enjoys Itacaré and dedicates his time going to the beach, hiking and fishing.
