During the following periods bookings must be for a minimum of:
- 4 nights for Carnival (February 17th to 21st 2012);
- 3 nights for Easter (April 4th to 8th 2012);
- 3 nights for Labour Day (April 27th to May 1st 2012);
- 3 nights for Corpus Christi (June 6th to 10th 2012).

All rooms were built on decks, suspended by stilts. They are equipped with canopy beds.

Extra beds are subject to the hotel's availability.

This hotel charges 10% service fee and a 5% Brazilian tax on the daily rates.

- 3 nights for National Holiday (November 12th to 15th 2011);

- 4 nights for Christmas (December 22th to 25th 2011);

- 4 nights for New Year* (December 27th 2011 to January 3rd 2012)
