Since the beginning of its foundation, the Villa Ecoporan Hotel has been concerned about social and environmental tourism; it has developed studies and initiatives related to these areas. For this reason the Villa Ecoporan Hotel has gotten many certifications from environmental organizations, which has prompted the owners to change the name (before the hotel was called Villa Ocaporan).

In the cultural programme offered by the Villa Ecoporan Hotel is called "Cultural Thursday," which performs theatre and dance presentations while guests taste different flavours of pizza.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations can be requested until 30 days before check-in.

- In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges.
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged.

For cancellation requested in less than 30 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.

This cancellation policy does not apply for holiday packages.

Late check-out policy:

Only according to the hotel's availability.


Children policy:

Up to 2 children under 11 years old can stay in the parents' room free of charge*.

* Between 26/12/2011 and 31/01/2012: Children under 5 years old are free of charge in the same room as the parents. Children between 6 and 12 years old pay 25% of the daily value for double apartments.
